Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Demonstrated ability to start, develop, and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop, implement, and exceed strategic sales plans leveraging our company’s culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply increasing expertise to help customers identify and solve problems.
  • Demonstrate personal drive and discipline to engage in direct sales with end-users and engineering companies that builds upon our existing customer base while engaging in business development of new customers.
  • Engineering or technical sales experience with valves, valve automation, instrumentation within the water and wastewater treatment is preferred.
  • Technical aptitude and attention to detail is necessary, along with at least 5 years of relevant outside sales experience.
